A scrumptious light soup with harmonious sweet, spiced, and minty flavours.
Ingredients:
1/3 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
5 mint leaves, chopped
Directions:
1. Combine cantaloupe and orage juice in a blender; process until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture into a large bowl.
3. Stir in lime juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
4. Chill for 1 hour.
5. Stir in mint leaves and serve.
