This dish is yummy with chips!
Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 oz) can of tomatoes and green chilies
1 (14 1/2 oz) can of whole canned tomatoes (plus the juice)
4 tsp of jalapenos (canned,diced, not pickled)
1/4 cup yellow onions (diced)
1/2 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of sugar
1/2-3/4 tsp garlic salt
Directions:
1. First use the blender to add jalapenos and onions.
2. Then you can process for just a few seconds.
3. Next add both cans of tomatoes, salt, sugar, and cumin.
4. Then you can process all ingredients until well blended but do not puree.
5. Next put in covered container and chill.
6. Chill.
7. Serve with your favorite chips.
