Ingredients:
2 pound(s) pork shoulder (butt) chopped, 1/2 pieces
6 clove(s) garlic chopped
1 onion chopped
2 can(s) 4 oz chopped green chilis
1 can(s) 8oz diced tomatoes undrained
1 can(s) herded green salsa
Directions:
1. Brown meat in large frying pan in batches so as not to boil, but brown.
2. In large saucepan then add rest of ingredients and add meat
3. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes or until meat is tender
