I serve this recipe with Steak Sauce Very yummy. Ingredients:
1/4 cup dried ancho chile powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika |
2 teaspoons oregano |
2 teaspoons coriander |
2 teaspoons dry mustard |
2 teaspoons kosher salt |
2 teaspoons pepper, freshly ground |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Store in airtight container until ready to use.
2. Rub well into meat.
3. Cook to desired doneness and serve with my recipe for Steak Sauce.
