Chili Rubbed Flank Steak

Very simple and deep flavor.
Ingredients:
1 beef bouillon cube, crumbled
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 lb flank steak
Directions:
1. Combine bouillon cube and water until dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Rub mixture on steak. Cover and place in refrigerator 1 hour.
3. Grill or broil until desired doneness.
