Chili-Rice Dinner

Really quick and easy recipe passed down to me by my Mom. It's a crowd pleaser. Looks impressive in cooked bell peppers too.
Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground chuck
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 cup green pepper
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1/3 cup water
1 cup minute rice
1 (12 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, onion and pepper. Drain.
2. Add spices and all other ingredients except rice.
3. Bring to a full boil then stir iin rice.
4. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Mix and serve sprinkled with shredded cheese.
6. You can also serve in cooked whole bell peppers and sprinkle with cheese which looks really impressive, but is super easy!
