Ingredients:
3 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion
4 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 ounces green chilies
3 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can rotel
1 (15 ounce) can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons cumin
3 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Directions:
1. Saute ground beef, onion and garlic in the olive oil until cooked.
2. Add all remaining ingredients to big pot and add beef and onions. Simmer 2-3 hours.
3. Freezes well.
