This recipe is super easy and can be made in a jif. Each person can add his or her own toppings to make it their own meal.
Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cans chili with beans
1 can corn
sour cream(optional)
onions(optional)
cheddar cheese(optional)
tortilla chips(optional)
salsa(optional)
Directions:
1. Make rice according to package
2. Once rice is done add chili and corn
3. Mix together and serve with whatever topping you desire
4. I love putting sourcream and cheese on mine and eating it with salsa but you can add whatever you want. ENJOY!
