Chili Garlic Beef with Asparagus & Cashews

Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) hoisin sauce
3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
2 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon(s) chili garlic sauce
2 teaspoon(s) unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
the stir fry
2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1 pound(s) flank steak
kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
1 pound(s) aparagus, trimmed and cut diagonally
1 cup(s) roasted unsalted cashews
Directions:
1. Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients (First 6) set aside. Heat Olive Oil add Flank Steak and cook 3-4 minutes till browned. Season to taste, set aside. In same pan add asparagus cook 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Reurn the meat to the pan, add the sauce and nuts. Stir to coat and heat thru. Serve over rice or noodles
