Chili Frito Pie
Ingredients:
378 g (1 can) tomatoes, diced, canned
520 g (1 can) chili beans
512 g (1 can) kidney beans
308 g (1 pound uncooked) 95% lean ground beef
210 g (3/4 of a 10 oz. bag) corn chips
74 g (2/3 cup) shredded cheese, mexican blend
Directions:
1. Cook chili.
2. Layer bottom of baking dish with roughly crushed chips.
3. Cover with chili.
4. Cover with cheese.
5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
