Ingredients:
10 eggs
1 lb grated monterey jack cheese
1 pint cottage cheese
8 ounces ortega chiles
1/2 cup atkins baking mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Put into 9 x 13 greased pan
4. Bake for 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
