  1. Brown ground beef and onion in a pan. Drain and add to crockpot. Add beans, salsa and chili powder. Turn on low and cook for 2 - 3 hours. Then add cheese and sour cream cook an extra1/2 hour.
  2. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
