Ingredients:
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 hard-boiled egg (finely chopped)
1 1/2 teaspoons grated onions
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons pickle relish
1 tablespoon stuffed olives (chopped)
Directions:
1. in a small bowl combine first 5 ingredients, beat with electric mixer until smooth.
2. add in relish and olives; stir.
3. cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
4. serve with chips, crackers or raw veggies.
