Mmmmnnnmmmmmmnnnnmmm. You can substitute 2 teaspoons onion powder for the minced onion. Add additional chili powder for stronger flavor. May be prepared ahead, or even frozen, but dont add cheese until ready to serve.
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chuck
1 finely minced onion
1 red pepper, finely minced
4 ounces tomato paste
4 ounces tomato sauce
7 ounces tomato soup
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 lb velveeta cheese, sliced thin
tortilla chips
Directions:
1. In a large frying pan, brown meat. Drain off excess fat. Add onion and pepper and cook 2 minutes. Then add tomato paste, sauce and soup. Bring to a simmer. Add chili powder and stir well. Add velveeta, and stir until melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips, or over froot loops.
