3 lbs beef roast or cut of your choice trimmed and cubed |
2 cans of chili beans |
1 can of condensed french onion soup or beef broth |
2 medium tomatoes de-seeded and diced |
1 large white onion chopped |
2 garlic cloves minced |
2 tbsp diced jalapeno (from a can or jar) |
2 tsp of juice from the jalapeno can or jar (optional) |
2 tbsp brown sugar |
1 tbsp chili powder (more if you like) |

1 tsp oregano (mexican if you have it) |

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
