Chili.... Chili-Beef Dinner |

Chili dinner with no beans, just plain good stick to your bones dinner! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 -2 garlic clove, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, cut up and drained |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
2 cups water |
1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, drain and set aside. Remove beef, using the same skillet, add onion, garlic, salt, chili power, tomatoes, tomato paste and water. 2. Bring to a boil and cover for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. 3. Remove the lid and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened and macaroni is tender. |
