Chili Cheese Wraps

Great appetizer.
Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped pitted ripe olives, drained
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers
2 tablespoons salsa
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken or 1/2 cup shrimp
10 flour tortillas, 7- to 8-inch
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2. Add mozzarella cheese, sour cream, olives, green chile peppers, and salsa.
3. Beat until well combined. Stir in spinach and chicken.
4. Spread about 1/2 cup of mixture over each tortilla. Roll up tightly.
5. Arrange on baking sheet or tray. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
6. To serve, trim ends of roll-ups. Cut each into 5 to 6 slices.
7. Arrange slices, cut side up, on a serving tray.
