Chili-Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups water
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon butter or 1/2 cup margarine
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups instant potato flakes
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese or 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. In large saucepan, bring the water, milk and salt to a boil.
2. Add the butter, garlic, potato flakes and chilies.
3. Stir until thickened.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
