This is an easy recipe, good for a side or we eat it just as a snack. My husband says it reminds him of elotes.
Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons butter
4 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese and butter.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until smooth.
3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
4. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
