Chili Cheese Corn

Can be prepared ahead; rewarms beautifully.
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh corn kernals or equal amount frozen, thawed and drained
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 7 ounce can diced green chilies
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
3. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and transfer to the baking dish.
4. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
5. Serve immediately or to make ahead, cool, cover and refrigerate up to one day.
6. Reheat over medium heat.
