Chili Cheese Casserole

This is a great recipe for a quick mexican flair. Served along with salad, and crusty bread its yummy!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 box of spanish rice-a-roni
2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef, drain.
3. Cook spanish rice according to box directions.
4. Stir beef into spanish rice and add green chilis and stir.
5. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan and spread out.
6. Spread sour cream on top.
7. Sprinkle chedder and mozzerella on top.
8. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
