Chili Cheese And Egg Burrreeetos

This is good for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. It's super easy & quick & yummy.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cans of turkey chili
1 cup cubed sharp cheddar
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
6 eggs
1 clove garlic
1 tbs sour cream
s/p
1/2 tbs chives
4 small tortilla shells
Directions:
1. Simmer salsa and chili for 25min.
2. Cube cheese and add to pot
3. Scramble eggs on med. low heat
4. Add garlic, chives and S/P to eggs
5. (a trick I use for my tortillas is to take a long paper towel and dampen it in water then wrap it around the stacked shells and place it in the microwave for 30sec)
6. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly in shells
7. Add eggs, chili, and sour cream on top, wrap em up
8. eat & enjoy
