Chili Bean Sauce Tilapia

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chili bean paste
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
5 ounces unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 -6 ounces tilapia fillets
1/2 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine chili bean paste and vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a boil and cook until reduced by half.
2. Remove from the heat and add butter stirring until well blended.
3. heat a frying pan over medium high heat and add the olive oil.
4. Sprinkle both sides of the tilapia fillets with flour and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Saute until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
6. Place tilapia on plates and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
