Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup rice, uncooked
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 1/2 cups tomatoes, canned
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons onions, grated
2 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. mix meat add egg milk
2. add rice
3. salt.
4. and 1 t chili powder and grated onion and garlic.
5. form 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
6. in stockpot
7. combine 1 t chili powder tomatoes water 1/2 c chopped onion
8. bring to a boil
9. drop meat balls into boiling stock
10. cover simmer 1 1/2 hours.
