CHILI ARTICHOKE DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Davis Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1987.
Ingredients:
14 ounces water packed artichoke hearts drained and chopped
6-1/2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
4 ounces chopped green chilies
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
assorted crackers or tortilla chips
Directions:
1. Combine artichokes, chilies, cheese and mayonnaise then transfer to greased square baking dish.
2. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes then serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
