My homemade chili recipe, spicy and savory all in one. Great served with tortillas, rice and sour cream!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 tablespoon onion, minced
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 bay leaf
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with onions in Dutch oven until browned. Drain Grease. Add rest of ingredients & cook on low; heat 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
