Hubby's favorite way to have this common dish
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
10 1/2 ounces campbell's tomato soup
24 ounces v- 8 vegetable juice
6 ounces tomato paste
48 ounces canned kidney beans
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 onion, diced
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup catsup
Directions:
1. Brown beef; drain and rinse beans. Mix all ingredients in large soup pot and cook over low heat for as little as 30 minutes or as long as you like. This can also be cooked in a crockpot.
