Chile Relleno Casserole

A quick and easy recipe and great to do for pot lucks. My mother spoiled us with this when we were kids. And we get a lot of requests for it. So Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 lb monterey jack cheese, grated
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
1 (27 ounce) can whole green chilies
4 eggs
1 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup flour
Directions:
1. Wash & drain and seed chiles, put one layer chiles in a 9 x 13 inch casserole pan.
2. Top with a layer of both cheeses. Repeat another layer of chilies and cheeses.
3. Beat eggs add milk and flour. Beat again until smooth.
4. Pour milk mixture over chilies and cheese.
5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
