Chile Lemon Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh broccoli
1 red jalapenos or 1 fresno chile or 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. Cut broccoli into florets. Remove stem and seeds and finely slice the chile. Cut 4 strips of zest from the lemon. In a roasting pan, toss broccoli, chile, and lemon zest with the oil. Spread into a single layer and sprinkle with the salt.
2. Roast until broccoli is tender and starting crisp on its edges. Halve zested lemon and squeeze fresh juice (about a tablespoon) over cooked broccoli.
