Ingredients:
16 ounces velveeta cheese
4 ounces salsa
2 ounces chopped red bell peppers
1 ounce finely chopped onion
1 ounce milk
cumin
chili powder
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring frequently until all melted together.
2. Check frequently until melted to desired consistency.
3. Serve with corn chips or tostados.
