When my kids were younger, I used to make alot of bread in my breadmaker. This was one of their favorites.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup gluten flour
1/4 cup graham flour
1/3 cup dry milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons orange zest, grated
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup cottage cheese, low fat
3 large eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in the breadmaker pan. Program the breadmaker for whole wheat mode.
