Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove any excess skin or fat from thighs and place them in a glass baking dish.
  3. Cover thighs with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix salsa verde with sour cream.
  5. After the 45 minutes, take the chicken out of the oven and pour the salsa mix over them.
  6. Put chicken back in the oven without the foil and bake for 20 more minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
