Chickpea Soup

Fast and easy soup for those busy days.
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, whole
1 teaspoon rosemary
4 tablespoons oil
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas
3 cups chicken broth
1 1/3 cups large cut pasta
Directions:
1. Sauté garlic and rosemary in oil, until garlic is golden brown.
2. Remove garlic from oil.
3. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
4. Simmer 6-7 minutes.
5. Add chickpeas and chicken broth.
6. Bring to a boil, add pasta and simmer 8-9 minutes more, till pasta is tender.
7. Stir occasionally.
8. Enjoy.
