Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 red onion, diced
1/4 cup olives, pitted and chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 pinch dried red pepper flakes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
