Ingredients:
2 cups chickpeas, cooked
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 tablespoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 bay leaf
14 ounces tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Sauté chickpeas.
2. Add onions, garlic, peppers, and continue to sauté.
3. Add seasonings.
4. Add tomato sauce when onions are translucent.
5. Simmer for 15 minutes.
