Low fat, low cal chicken salad. Great served in a pita.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped fine
4 cups chicken, cooked and torn into small pieces
1 cup tomato, diced
1 cup green onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Keep chilled.
