Chicken With Pasta and Vegetables

An easy one-dish meal.
Ingredients:
2 cups pasta (small shells or penne)
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup mushroom, cleaned and sliced
1 cup bell pepper, cut into 2 inch strips
1/2 cup broccoli floret
15 ounces chicken broth
2 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1 inch dice
fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in 1/2
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Add oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Sauté vegetables until tender crisp, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Add cooked pasta, cooked chicken, broth, and seasonings. Simmer about 5 minutes.
3. Before serving, add tomatoes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
