Chicken With Indian Spice Yogurt

Yummy tender broiled chicken.
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 cup plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons gingerroot, grated
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients except chicken.
2. Place chicken in a shallow pan and cover with yogurt mixture, turning to coat.
3. Marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour.
4. Broil 6 inches from heat, about 6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
