Chicken Waldorf Salad

So easy...so delicious! Great use for left over chicken.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cups diced cooked chicken
2 red apples, cored &,diced
2/3 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Add the chicken, apples and celery.
3. Toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill.
5. Sprinkle with walnuts just before serving.
