1. Beat chicken to 1/2 inch thickness and sprinkle w/salt and pepper. 2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. 3. Add chicken and cook until done. 4. Remove chicken from pan and keep warm. 5. Melt butter in the pan over medium-low heat. 6. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. 7. Add broth and bring to a boil. 8. Deglaze pan. 9. Cook until broth mixture is reduced 1/2 cup - 4 minutes. 10. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice. 11. Serve sauce over chicken. 12. Sprinkle w/cilantro.
