Ingredients:
4 ounce(s) chicken breasts cooked/sliced
3 cup(s) zucchini, spinach, mushrooms (mixed) steamed
2 ounce(s) low-fat parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon(s) marinara sauce
herb and garlic mrs. dash to taste
Directions:
1. Mix chicken with zucchini, mushrooms and spinach.
2. Heat on stovetop or microwave.
3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and pour on marinara
4. Melt cheese over the top in microwave.
