Chicken Vegetable Soup

I like to serve this up as fall comes! Easy to do as well!
Ingredients:
2 (28 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
16 cups chicken broth
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breasts
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
4 celery ribs, including leaves
2 large carrots
1 large onion
1 green pepper
6 large mushrooms
2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
1 cup snap peas
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup green beans
5 garlic cloves
seasoning
Directions:
1. place all chopped ingredients in stock pot.
2. season to taste with salt/pepper, sage, parsley,basil etc.
3. let simmer for approximately 1 hour.
