Ingredients:
2 can(s) condensed cream of potato soup undiluted
2 can(s) condensed cream of chicken soup undiluted
2 cup(s) 2% milk
1 can(s) (14-1/2 0z) reduced sodium chicken broth
1 can(s) mexicorn drained
1 package(s) (9oz) ready to serve roasted chicken breast strips chopped
1 can(s) green chiles chopped
jalapenos to taste chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
3 flour tortillas cut into 2-inchx 1/2 inch strips
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded
optional additional cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, COMBINE THE SOUPS, MILK AND BROTH. HEAT THROUGH, STIRRING FREQUENTLY. ADD THE CORN, CHICKEN, GARLIC POWDER, JALAPENOS, CHILIES AND CAYENNE; BRING TO A BOIL. STIR IN TORTILLA STRIPS. REDUCE HEAT; SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES. STIR IN CHEESE UNTIL MELTED. SPRINKLE EACH SERVING WITH ADDITIONAL CHEESE IF DESIRED.
