Chicken Tortellini

I came up with this the other day, when I had to slap something on the table fast. Next time I would include some peas and mushrooms.
Ingredients:
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in strips (fairly large ones)
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
2 cups milk or 2 cups cream (give or take depending on how much sauce you like)
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Directions:
1. Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and rinse.
2. Brown chicken strips in olive oil in large skillet.
3. Melt the butter and stir in flour to make roux.
4. Whisk in cream, garlic, salt, pepper and onions.
5. Cook on low until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally and stir in swiss cheese.
6. Drain off oil from chicken and add tortellini and sauce to skillet.
7. Mix together and serve.
