Chicken Tikka Masala, My Version

Wonderful and tasty, best served over rice.
Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups plain yogurt
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon garlic
2 teaspoons cayenne
2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1 green pepper, cubed
2 -4 teaspoons tabasco sauce (or similar type)
2 teaspoons cumin
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 1/2 cups cream
1 tablespoon curry paste (patak's if possible)
Directions:
1. Mix the yogourt with the first group of spices, then marinate the chicken cubes in the yogourt mixture for 3 hours.
2. Preheat heavy pan, melt butter, soften the cubed green pepper, then add the chicken and marinade, then add the rest of the ingredients, stirring thoroughly to mix in the tomatoes and cream. Simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce is thoroughly warmed.
3. Serve over rice.
