Chicken Tikka-Low Cholestrol!

My DH has to watch his cholestrol,so I have been researching and adapting recipes for him. This is one of his favourites.Great served with salad,rice,couscous or in pitta bread.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, skinless, boneless and cubed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup low fat natural yogurt
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
Directions:
1. Mix everything but the chicken in a large bowl,then add the chicken and marinade approx 2 hours.
2. Line a grill proof tray with foil,and spray lightly with oil.
3. Preheat the grill to medium.Grill the chicken for about 15-20 mins,turning and basting a couple of times.
