Tasty Chicken in an Orange/Terriaki flavour. Cholesterol, Sodium and Sugars are not accurate as this site does not contain adequate nutritional information for some ingredients, especially chicken.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice, squeezed
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. low sodium ketchup
2 tbsp. green onions, minced
1 tbsp. gingerroot, grated
2 tsp. orange juice
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 lb. chicken breasts
Directions:
1. Combine Sauce ingredients in a large sealable container.
2. Place Chicken into sauce, seal container and shake until covered.
3. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
4. Preheat grill to medium heat. Coat rack with cooking spray.
5. Discard remaining sauce, or heat to a boil to kil bacteria for additional sauce.
6. Gril for 15 minutes, or until no longer pink.
7. Serve with Asian Rice.
