This is a nice cool dinner for summer.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 avocado, diced
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup crushed toasted corn doritos
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon adobo sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine dressing ingredients and toss with salad. Enjoy!
