Always a pleasure to serve to company!! It always turns out great!!
Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 slices ham (from the deli)
6 slices swiss cheese
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 cup white wine
crouton
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Directions:
1. Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese.
2. Place into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
3. Mix together the soup and the wine.
4. Pour over the chicken, sprinkle with the croutons, and drizzle with margarine.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
6. Excellent served with white rice or noodles!
