Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of celery soup, coup
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions:
1. In skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
2. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
3. Set aside.
4. Pour off fat.
5. Add soup,milk,and pepper.
6. Heat to a boil.
7. Return chicken to pan.
8. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
9. Serve with rice.
